One bad manager can ruin it for other agents

I accepted a temp job handwriting envelopes for $8/hr. I finished the boxes and quit. The manager blocked me in their system so their affiliates couldn't place me in any jobs - executive assistant level which I was qualified through Snelling, Kforce, etc. They couldn't unblock my resume in the system to put me to work. That meant lost commission to them and lost work for me. He managed the Addecco on Watson. It's ashame.
